SAIC is one of China’s largest and most largest automakers which, following
many successful joint ventures with VW and GM, decided to launch its own-
branded vehicles
In 2006 it contracted MediaTechnical to organise a comprehensive tour for
Chinese media representatives, of UK R&D facilities used by the company
Strategic advice was provided regarding launch marketing and development of
the new Roewe brand outside China
To support the launch of the first own brand car, the Roewe 750, MediaTechnical
was contracted to provide UK-based video production to support show reel
development for the 2006 Beijing Auto Show
